Adding Money to Your Card

Putting Money on Your Card: Cash

There are three Card Value Center machines (also known as Value Ports) on the first floor that allow you to add value to your Coyote OneCard or visitor card.

The machines accept only paper money in denominations up to twenty.  They do not give change.  No other form of payment is accepted.

Please note that if you have funds associated with your OneCard for other purposes (such as campus housing or meal plans), those funds cannot be used for copying or printing.

Putting Money on Your Card: Debit/Credit Cards

Students may use a debit/credit card to add money to their OneCard online via MyCoyote (Please allow up to 5 minutes for funds to become available):

  1. Login to MyCoyote
  2. Click on Student Center.
  3. Click Make a Payment, then Next
  4. Click the Make Payment tab.
  5. Look for the option Flex Cash Online Payments.

You may also use a credit card to add money to your OneCard at the Bursar's Office (UH-035, basement of University Hall) during their regular business hours. There may be a delay of up to 48 hours before the funds are added to your OneCard.
