Printing in the Library: What to Know: CSUSB Students

If it's your first time printing in the library, you need this guide!

WHAT YOU NEED IN ORDER TO PRINT

WHAT YOU NEED IN ORDER TO PRINT

1.  A Coyote OneCard, the CSUSB student ID. Can be digital (on your phone) or physical.

2.  Money ("Coyote Cash") added to your card to pay for printing. Add money at the OneCard online portal or at the CBORD machine in the library.

3.  A document to print. Send wirelessly from your device through the CSUSB Mobile Print web site, or click "Print" on any desktop computer in the library.


PRINTERS ARE LOCATED ACROSS FROM THE LIBRARY SERVICE DESK, 1ST FLOOR.

Black & white: 15¢ per page or side.

Color: 60¢ per page or side.

COYOTE ONECARD - STUDENT ID

Get a Digital OneCard

Login to the Coyote OneCard portal and scroll down to display your card. For printing, use the barcode on the front of the card.


Get a Physical OneCard

At the Technology Support Center, PL-1109.

ADD MONEY FOR PRINTING

Add Money to Digital or Physical OneCard with a Credit Card

At the Coyote OneCard portal, choose Manage Coyote Cash.

Choose the amount you want to add ($1-$1000), then pay with a credit card.

Add Money to Physical OneCard with Bills

CBORD Machine on Library 1st floor: Swipe card and add paper bills only. Does not give change.

PRINT FROM LIBRARY DESKTOP COMPUTERS

Login to any available terminal with your MyCoyote login.

Open a document or web site, click Print to send your print job to the print station.

PRINT FROM LAPTOPS, TABLETS, AND PHONES

Open the web browser on your device.

Go to CSUSB's Mobile Printing web site.

Make sure you choose the right builiding and printer! Pfau Library Black and White or Pfau LIbrary Color.

Select your document and printing options.

AT THE PRINT STATION

Use the touchscreen at the print station to select your print job.

Pay by scanning your digital OneCard or swiping your physical OneCard.
