Introduction

     While the Pfau Library pays for access to more than 150 databases with abundant full text, there will be times when we will not have the full text of an article you want.  That is why we have the Interlibrary Loan Service (also known as ILL or ILLiad).  Some library somewhere MAY have the full text and be able to share it with us; if so, the Interlibrary Loan Service can get it for you.  The library funds this free service for CSUSB students, faculty, and staff.  We do books too!

     This guide will walk you through placing a request for an article when you are searching a database and also when you are not.  Choose from the illustrated, text instructions or the video version below.
