After you select your location, click Send to submit the request.

You will be notified by email when physical books and media are ready to pickup, also where to pick them up. Your items will already be checked out to you.

If you're picking up from the Service Desk on the 1st floor, just walk up and let staff know you have books to pick up.

If you're picking up from the lockers, look for two email notifications. The second email, from LuxerOne, will have the codes you need to open the lockers. Take this email with you to the locker.

The email includes both an access code and a QR code. You can use either one to pick up your item.

At the lockers, tap "Begin Pickup" on the start screen.

Button labeled "Begin Pickup"

On the next screen, input the 6-digit code or scan the QR code.

Enter Pickup Code from Email/Text or Scan QR Code

On the next screen, accept the terms & conditions to continue.

You'll be asked if you prefer to receive text messages rather than emails when you have an item to pick up. You may say "No" to skip this screen.

The next screen asks for a signature. If you prefer to skip it, just tap "Done."

The locker with your item will automatically pop open, and the locker number will appear on the screen.

"Door Open" screen displaying the locker number.

Grab your item and close the locker door. You're all done!

Pro Tip: If you plan to use locker pick up frequently, you might want to download the app, which allows you pick up without even touching the screen.

When you create your login for the app, make sure you use the email address where OneSearch sends your notifications.

Return physical items in our Book Return Drop Boxes. There is a drive-up book drop box at the University Parkway entrance to campus. Find it in the turnaround, across from the flagpoles.

EXCEPTIONS:

Audiovisual equipment should be returned according to the instructions in the email you received when you borrowed the equipment.

Laptops should be returned to the Cave Check-Out Desk (PL-1109).
