ScholarWorks: Submitting your thesis, project, or dissertation: Change your ScholarWorks email

For CSUSB graduate students completing their degree: Step-by-step instructions for how to upload your thesis to CSUSB ScholarWorks.

Student email accounts (ending in @coyote.csusb.edu) expire one year after a student graduates, although you can request an alumni address. (More info at Email Accounts for Graduated Students.) You can change your login email information in ScholarWorks if you want to; refer to the instructions below. 

Changing your account email in ScholarWorks

If you used your CSUSB email to create your ScholarWorks account, you may want to change it after you graduate, so that you can continue to receive notification emails about your readership levels. 

Login to CSUSB ScholarWorks "My Account" as usual.

Under "Account settings..." choose "Edit Profile." 

"Edit Profile" is the first option in the "Account Settings" section.

On the Edit Profile page, scroll down to the About section. In the Email address field, ype your new preferred address. Make sure you click Update to save the change.

REMEMBER! Once you update your email address, that new email wil be your username when you login to ScholarWorks going forward. If your browser saves usernames & passwords, be sure to update it.
