The touchscreen controls are easy to use.  Follow the on-screen instructions.

THE 7 FUNCTIONS

Smartphone (free)

  • You will need to have a QR Reader app installed on your phone.

Email (free)

USB (free--bring your own USB drive!)

Google Drive (free)

  • Use your normal Google login.

Print (15¢ per page)

  • Single sided, black and white.

Color (60¢ per page)

  • Single sided, print in color.

Fax (free)

  • Can send, but not receive.

The on-screen instructions will prompt you to choose a file format when necessary:

  • PDF
  • Searchable PDF
  • Word
  • JPEG
  • TIFF
  • PNG
