Using Interlibrary Loan Services: How to Check on Requests You Make

If you need a book or an article that’s not available in this library, we usually can get it for you through Interlibrary Loan. This is a free service for current CSUSB students, faculty, and staff.

DID MY REQUEST GO THROUGH?

In OneSearch's My Library Account, you can easily check the status of your Interlibrary Loan requests.

To find My Library Account...

On the main page of the library's website, find Quick Links, and click My Library Account.

"My Library Account" is the second link under the "Quick Links" section.

You will be prompted to log in with MyCoyote, if you haven't already done so.

Login using: Coyote ID (CSUSB students, staff, & faculty)

On the Account Overview page, you'll see your three most recent requests. To see all active requests, go to the Requests tab.

Snip of the Account Overview screen, with Request viewing options highlighted.

We will notify you by email as soon as your article or book chapter is ready to download or your physical book is ready to pick up.

For digital items like articles and chapters, the email will include a link where you can open the PDF. Download and save the PDF as soon as possible! We can only keep them in your account for 30 days, but you can keept the PDF forever if you save it to your own drive.
