Checking books out (a.k.a. borrowing books)

 Keeping checked out books

You can keep most books for 8 weeks plus one automatic renewal = 16 weeks total.

Returning books

Inside the library, at the Check-Out Desk.  Outside the library, at our two Library Return boxes.

Paying fines online

With your My Library Account.  Keep track of due dates, and much much more.  Sign on with your normal MyCoyote login.

WE CAN GET THINGS FROM OTHER LIBRARIES

The CSU+ service for books and media

This free service allows you to request books and media we don't have from other CSU libraries.  See our guide, Get Books From Other CSU Libraries for full details.

The Interlibrary Loan (a.k.a. ILL, or ILLiad) service for articles and books

This free service allows you to request the full text of any article that is not available from the Pfau Library.  You also can request books that are not at any CSU library.  See our guides, Get Articles This Library Doesn't Have and Get Books From Libraries Beyond the CSU System.
