How to Request a Book From Another CSU Library

If you don't find the book you need at this library, you can request a book owned by another CSU library. Use the CSU+ request option.
Follow the directions in our guide, Get Books from Other CSU Libraries.

How to Request Audio-Visual Equipment from LMMC

Follow the directions on our Check Out Audio-Visual Equipment page.

Equipment will be requested online, picked up on Thursdays, returned the following Monday, and cleaned then quarantined until the following Thursday, when a new borrower may pick it up. This cycle will repeat throughout Fall Semester.

How Long Will It Take?

If it's an item the Pfau Library owns, please allow at least 2 working days.

If it's a book coming from another CSU library (CSU+ service), please allow 1-3 weeks. Delivery from other CSUs is delayed due to campus closures!

Library staff will retrieve the book(s) and place them in a locker. Then, when your book(s) or other item(s) are ready for you to pick up, they will send you an email with:

  • The number of the locker.
  • The code to open the locker.
  • Instructions for opening the locker.
  • The last day the items will be available to pick up. You will have 3 days from the date of the email to get your items!

Items ready for pickup are already checked out to you.
