Once you have scanned a document, it can be emailed, printed, or saved to USB, Google Drive, or Dropbox. You may also burn images to a CD.
While the default format for saving is multipage PDF, you will find that you may also save your files as single page PDFs, searchable PDFs, or as .BMP, .JPEG, .PNG, or .TIF files. Use the Format menu to explore these options.
SAVE AS YOU GO!
Your image files will be cleared out whenever a session ends (whether by choice or malfunction).
If you start in one mode and wish to move to another, save your files before exiting – they will not be saved across modes.
If the local memory (RAM) becomes full, the computer may freeze and you may not be able to save.

How to Print
Once you have scanned all of the images you need, you can print them from Printer 3 on the 1st floor at the Research Assistance Desk.
To print images, you will first need to click on the File tab on the upper left portion of the toolbar and then select Print from the left hand menu.
Now, choose the images you want to print by clicking on the box next to each image. A check should appear in each box selected.
Once you have selected the images you want, press the Print button.
Use your Coyote OneCard or guest card to pay for the prints from Printer 3 on the 1st floor at the Research Assistance Desk. It costs 15 cents per page.
NOTE: If you want to print a single scanned image rather than multiple images, select Instant Print from the top of the left menu bar. Use your Coyote OneCard or guest card to pay for the print from Printer 3 on the 1st floor at the Research Assistance Desk. One page costs 15 cents.
