Academic reference librarians occupy a unique niche in academia. Where other faculty specialize in a particular discipline, my work encompasses the full spectrum of academic disciplines.
My interests include, but are not limited to: anthropology, archaeology, art, biology, history, literature, paleontology, psychology, women's studies, and zoology.
I am the librarian liaison to the departments of Biology, Health Science and Human Ecology, Kinesiology, and the interdisciplinary Environmental Sciences program. In addition, I am the Faculty Video Liaison. See my guide, Streaming Video at the CSUSB Libraries, below.
The Health Science & Human Ecology department includes: Environmental Health Science; Health Services Administration; Nutritional Science & Dietetics; Public Health; and Health Equity.
I am the editor of
Peacock, the library's newsletter.
I am holding
The Giant Golden Book of Elves and Fairies. Find this wonderful book on the 5th floor in our Juvenile Collection (PZ8.3 .W32 Gi 2008).
